Save-A-Lot store opens in Kane

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Tuesday to mark the opening of the Save-A-Lot supermarket on North Fraley Street in Kane. Taking part in the ceremony are, left to right, front row: John Hedlund, co-owner; Melanie Clabaugh, executive director of the Kane Area Development Center; Jill Thompson, manager of the Kane office for State Rep.
