Regina M Slater, 33, of 321 Beallsville Rd., Bentleyville, and previously of Ludlow, died early Sunday morning in Washington County as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident.
She was born July 13, 1977 in Kane the daughter of Thomas Slater and Nancy (Bennett) Wonderly.   Â
Ms. Slater attended Kane Schools and most recently was employed as the Breakfast Manager for Holiday Inn Express and Best Western
