Mrs. Louise R. Hoden, 81, died at 5:35 a.m., Monday, Jan. 31 at Hamot Medical Center, following an extended illness. She was born in Leroy to the late Paul and Isodene Smiley Rockwell. Her family moved to Sheffield when she was 7 years old and Louise has been a resident since then.
She enjoyed playing cards, dancing and camping and was a member of Warren Moose Lodge, Sheffield VFW Ladies Auxiliary and Kane Eagles Club Ladies Auxiliary.
