Donald J. Gadley of 6645 County Route 31, East Hill, passed away Friday, Aug. 5, 2011 at Jones Memorial Hospital, from injuries sustained in a work related accident at Dresser-Rand in Wellsville.
Don was born Aug. 25, 1965 in Kane and was a son of Purcie S. and Elizabeth LaBarr Gadley Jr. On Aug. 24, 1997, in Friendship, N.Y., he married his wife of 13 years, Mary M. Kay, who survives him.
Don was a 1983 graduate of Kane High School and enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He drove a truck and worked construction, and most recently worked for about 20 years at Dresser-Rand in Wellsville.
