Ronald Lee âRonâ Yasurek, Sr., 61, of Milton, Fla., died Saturday, July 30, 2011, at his home.
Born March 16, 1950, in Kane, he was a son of John and Emma Knapp Yasurek.
After high school, he joined the U.S. Navy and moved to Florida where he met and married his wife, Sharon.
Ron was active in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church where he was a member of the Milton Knights of Columbus and a 4th Degree member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Assembly.

David P. Smith, 55 of, Hemlock Street, Kane, died on Sunday, July 31, 2011 at his home following a long illness.
He was born on November 17, 1955 in St. Marys, the son of the late William F. and Jane Krug Smith. On March 8,1986, in St. Leoâs Church in Ridgway, he married Mary Yonker, who survives.
He attended schools in St. Marys and had resided in St. Marys and Eldred before moving to Kane in 2006.
