October 26th
Haunted Scare Chamber to open Saturday and Wednesday 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Kane Eagles Club. The event will be filled with scary displays. The entrance will be off of Bayard Street.
October 25th
The 5-3 Kane Wolves host the 3-5 Coudersport Falcons on Friday night in the final regular season game for both squads. Kane coach Todd Silfies, however, says to throw out the records, as both teams are playing for a lot more than a win on Friday night.
BRADFORD â The Kane Lady Wolves ended their regular season with a tough loss to Bradford 25-14, 25-16, 25-23.
SUMMERVILLE - Three area residents were killed and another seriously injured in a one-vehicle crash that occurred on Wednesday afternoon in Clover Township, Jefferson County.

The Kane eighth grade girls defeated the Elk County Catholic Crusaders 34-23 in basketball action on Monday while the seventh grade team lost 28-17 in Kane.

The Kane Rotary Club honored the Kane Volunteer Fire Department with an "appreciation dinner" Tuesday at the fire hall.
The Kane Lady Wolves hosted the Johnsonburg Ramettes on Tuesday night in volleyball action at the Wolves Den. Kane defeated the visitors in three straight sets but that gives no indication of how close a match it was.
October 22nd
The Kane junior varsity football team ended their season on Monday night, losing to Elk County Catholic 37-15 at Paul R Miller Stadium.
