Stunning new hand-crafted wooden signs are planned at the five major gateways to the borough of Kane.
Two signs already have been erected.
One is located on Route 6 to greet motorists traveling east into Kane from Ludlow. This sign is near the blinker light for Kane Community Hospital.
The second sign is located along Route 321 to welcome motorists traveling north into Kane from Wilcox. This sign is along the northbound lane of Route 321, just north of Hemlock Avenue.
