SMETHPORT – The North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission is involved with several activities affecting McKean County.
This is the message delivered Tuesday by Eric Bridges, executive director of the six-county commission based in Ridgway.
Bridges outlined the commission’s work in a three-page report presented Tuesday at a meeting of the McKean County Board of Commissioners.
Margaret C. Severance, 91, of 101 N. Mill St., Ridgway died Sunday, May 13, 2012, at Pinecrest Manor.
She was born Nov. 28, 1920, in Sargent, the daughter of Philip and Christina Amicone Scutella.
She married Guy J. Severance, who predeceased her on July 13, 1992.
Mrs. Severance was a member of St. Leo’s Catholic Church. She had been employed at Elk County General Hospital, retiring in 1985, after 35 years of service.
