HARRISBURG â Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane on Monday announced the arrest of a St. Marys man as part of ongoing efforts to target the online sharing, downloading and distribution of child pornography.

SMETHPORT â McKean County is seeking proposals for the use of nearly $540,000 in Marcellus Shale gas well revenue.
Joe DeMott, chairman of the county Board of Commissioners, said Friday the revenue is from the state Act 13 impact fee paid by drillers of Marcellus Shale gas wells.
The county itself will use some of this Act 13 revenue balance, which has built up over a two-year period. However, the bulk of the remaining pot will go for eligible projects throughout the county, DeMott said.

HERSEY â Evan DeLong will be looking to improve on last year's runner-up finish as he takes on Richland's Nico Pecora in this afternoon's PIAA AA 170-pound final. DeLong defeated Bishop McDevitt's Zane Black 13-6 in the quarterfinals on Friday morning at Hershey's Giant Center. The Wolves' senior then earned a return trip to the state finals with a 9-3 win over Penns Valley's Corey Hazel in Friday night's semifinal.
