Robin Leigh Sluga, 60, of New Port Richey, Fla. died Monday, July 29, 2013, at St. Mary's Home of Erie in Erie.Â
She was born in Kane on July 11, 1953, a daughter of the late Charlie and Ruth Sluga of Mt. Jewett.
I am often asked the question at art shows or when Iâ€™m speaking on photography, if Iâ€™m ever worried about being attacked by the wild animals I photograph. I tend to just laugh it off with a joke or tell the audience that has never even occurred to me when Iâ€™ve been out in the wild. After all, Iâ€™m just a photographer, Iâ€™m invincible. This train of thought changed dramatically for me on the afternoon of July 9, 2013.
Parents from each of the fall sports attended Tuesday nightâ€™s meeting held by Kane Area School Districtâ€™s Certified Athletic Trainer, Krystal Nuhfer. Nuhfer briefly went over required paperwork with the parents and guardians in attendance before moving on to discuss a few medical issues.

Employees of Sekula Sign Corporation rehang the Goodwill Store sign on Tuesday afternoon. A crane was used to hang the sign in place before the workers secured it. The building was painted last week by John Carlson David Kibbie and Paul Kibbie.
