Carl “Bill†Tunall Jr. is expected to win election in two weeks as a new member of the Kane Borough Council.
Tunall will be listed on the ballot Tuesday, Nov. 8 along with incumbent Councilwomen Janet Bard and Holly Harris and Council President Kane. Tunall, Harris and Kane are Democrats. Bard is a Republican.
Since there are four seats up for election, Tunall and the three incumbents are expected to win because they are the only four candidates listed on the ballot.
