Kane has 'big' need for 'Big Brothers and Sisters'

Ever thought about becoming a mentor for a child?
Here's your chance.
"Big Brothers Big Sisters" of McKean and Elk Counties has a "big" need for volunteers in the Kane area.
There are 38 children on a McKean County list "waiting" to be matched with a "Big Brother" or a "Big Sister." The list includes at least six boys and two girls from the Kane area.
"We need mentors," Erin Vassallo said during a recent trip to Kane to "recruit" men and women for the one-on-one program with children. "We have a big need for volunteers."
