June 7, 2012

Tom Cecchetti may be ending a 36-year career as a popular physical education teacher in Kane, but he isn’t quite ready to give up coaching track.
“I plan on being the boys’ track coach again next spring,” Cecchetti said as he winds up his career as a high school teacher and school district athletic director.
“I still have that passion to watch our kids excel,” he said. “I love to watch our kids progress. I’m definitely hooked.”
Cecchetti has built a reputation as one the most successful high school track coaches in Pennsylvania.
