The Kane Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual banquet Thursday to honor the "citizen-of-the-year" and the "business-of-the-year." The event begins with a social hour at 5 p.m. at the Kane Fire Hall on Poplar Street. Dinner is set for 6 p.m.
