The actor is believed to be a white male of unknown age who is allegedly wearing a gray hoodie, ski mask, and a red bandanna across his face. He is also believed to have a black handgun in his possession and was last seen traveling on foot along the "Avenues" headed towards Bendigo Road. Anyone encountering the actor should not approach him and instead should call 9-1-1. Check back for additional information as it becomes available.
