MT. JEWETT â€“ Mt. Jewett Police Officer Steve Hale right now isn't the most popular guy in the borough.
That's because he went door-to-door last week to issue warnings to residents who failed to shovel snow from their sidewalks.
During a 90-minute period last Thursday, Hale hand-delivered the notices as he walked Main, Boyd and Anderson streets.
