SMETHPORT â Two teams representing Kane High School fared well Tuesday in the Envirothon at the Keating Township Sportsmen's Club near Smethport.
Most of the "average" residential property-owners in the Kane School District would see a net tax increase of $8 under the proposed 2014-15 school budget.
