Irving D. â€Cutter†Strawcutter of 4258 Niles Hill Rd., Wellsville, N.Y. passed away Monday, Dec. 12, 2011, at Cuba Memorial Hospital surrounded by family.
Mr. Strawcutter was born Nov. 28, 1935 in Brookville, the son of Ray Edward and Evelyn McManigle Strawcutter. On March 8, 2009 in Cuba, N.Y., he married the former Sharon Lounsberry who survives.
Cutter was a graduate of Kane High School, class of 1955. After graduation he served in the Army as a Ranger for two years. He then worked for National Fuel Gas as a Field Supervisor in the Regulator Dept. for 35 years retiring in 1997.
