Frederick "Fritz" A. Zampogna, 96, of 314 Kearney St., Kane, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at his residence.   Â
Born Sept. 25, 1915, in Westline, he was a son of the late Joseph and Theresa Costerella Zampogna. On April 14, 1945, in Kane, he married Marjorie M. Bressler who survives. Â
Fritz was a loving husband and father who enjoyed being around his family. He loved to cook, especially spaghetti and meat balls on Sundays. Additionally, he was an avid fisherman and enjoyed gardening and canning and eating hot peppers.  Â
Beloved husband, father, grandfather and son David Pysnik, 65, passed away unexpectedly on Monday March 12.
James C. Nelson, 81, died Saturday, March 10, 2012, at his residence. He was the husband of Iris K. (Leas) Nelson, and the late Margery Nelson. He was born Oct. 21, 1930 in Kane, the son of the late Emil S. and Mabelle (Thomas) Nelson.
