Mary Zampogna of San Antonio, Texas, passed away peacefully on Jan. 15, 2013, following complications from a lengthy battle with dementia.
Mary was born Nov. 29, 1921, in Ludlow, the daughter of Paul and Pearl Straneva. She married Harry J. Zampogna and they moved to San Antonio and later parted ways.
