Charles E. Rolfe, Jr., 57, of 17262 Kevin Dr., Meadville, formerly of Kane, passed away Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013 at Meadville Medical Center.
Born Nov. 27, 1955, he was a son of Charles E. and Ann Zuzek Rolfe Sr. On Sept. 20, 1986, in Meadville, he married Kelly S. Weidow who survives.
Charles was a State Police officer and was a corporal at the time of his retirement in 2010 at Meadville. He had also been stationed at various times at Clarion, Franklin, Washington and Mt. Jewett.
Marilyn O. Brinkley, 69, of 113 Haines St., Kane, died Thursday evening, Jan. 24, 2013 at the Kane Community Hospital.
Born March 18, 1943 in Kane, she was the daughter of Howard D. and Ellen I. Anderson Hannold. On Aug. 11, 1962 in Kane, she married Thomas E. Brinkley, who survives.
Mrs. Brinkley had worked at Houston Electronics in Kane, then later for the Arcade Restaurant and the Shady Point Restaurant, both in Kane, as a short-order cook, retiring from the latter in 2005.
A member of St. Callistus Catholic Church in Kane, she enjoyed Bingo, slot machines and doing computer puzzles.
