Donald Elder Fennell, born Nov. 23, 1933, died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013. A service will be held Monday, Jan. 7, 2013 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Harold O. Jacobson officiating at Grace Lutheran Church in Clarion. Arrangements are under the direction of the Ronald McDonald Funeral Home, Marienville.
