Claude A. “Cork†Olson, 83, of 626 Greendale Rd., Kane, died Wednesday evening, Feb. 13, 2013 at Florida Hospital - Orlando in Orlando, Fla.
Born Nov. 25, 1929 in Kane, he was the son of Claude E. and Gladys M. Christjohn Olson. On Dec. 25, 1950 in Kane, he married Eleanor L. Aljoe, who died Feb. 1, 2003.
Mr. Olson was an oil and gas inspector for the Pennsylvania DEP for 25 years. Later he owned and operated Olson Drilling in Kane. He was also a member of the NRA.
