Alma Evada Mague, 99, of Whetstone Garden and Care Center, Columbus, Ohio, formerly of 128 Bayard St., Kane, died Friday, Jan. 30, 2015 at Kobacker House, Columbus, Ohio, surrounded by her loving family.
Alma was born Aug. 3, 1915 at Donahey Hill, Hallton, daughter of the late Robert C. and Anna Agnes Harriger Heeter. Alma was the fifth of 11 children and the last of her immediate family. On Jan. 10, 1934, in Jamestown, N.Y., she married W. Wayne Mague and they celebrated 53 years together.
William J. Leonard, 64, of Dutchman Run Road, Stoneham, died unexpectedly at home Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015.
Bill was born March 16, 1950 in Jamestown N.Y., son of the late William H. (Ted) and Elizabeth S. (Libby) Ferry Leonard.
Donna Kay Wolfe, 46, of 105 Clay St., died suddenly Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015 in the emergency room at Kane Community Hospital.
Born Feb. 19, 1968, in Kane, she was a daughter ofÂ the late Virgil and Nancy Nelson Allen. On June 7, 1985, in Kane, she married Larry Wolfe who survives.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two sons, David Wolfe and Luke Wolfe, both of Kane; and a sister, Tammy (Craig) Carlson of Bradford.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Travis Wolfe.
Frances K. Meckley, 97, formerly of 526 Tionesta Ave., died Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015 at the Lutheran Home at Kane.Â
Born May 22, 1917, in Kane, she was a daughter of the late Felix and Pasqualina Costanzo Perry. On Nov. 22, 1941, in Kane, she married Orvis S. Meckley Jr. who preceded her in death in 1997.
Fran had worked at various times at the former Shirt Factory, the Temple Theater and Houston Electronics. She was a member of St. Callistus Catholic Church where she sang in the choir. She also had belonged to the CD of A Court Callistus #66 and the former Altar-Rosary Society.

Caroline Carson, 88, formerly of 6103 Route 66, Kane, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015 at the Lutheran Home at Kane.
Born Feb. 14, 1926, in Kane, she was a daughter of Nazzarno and Anna Fontnelli Caramboni. On Feb. 22, 1947, in Kane, she married Emmet R. Carson who preceded her in death.
Caroline was a member of St. Callistus Catholic Church. She had been employed by the former Benson Office Supply, Mountain City Bootery and most recently, Carson Landscaping.
Arlene Ruth Park, 98, formerly of Mt. Jewett, died Monday, Jan. 26, 2015 at the Bradford Ecumenical Home.
Born Nov. 4, 1916, in Sargeant, she was a daughter of the late Victor and Ruth Hanson Swanson. On Nov. 16, 1940, in Warren, she married Woodrow Park who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Park graduated from Bradford High School in 1933 and from the Hamsher House in Bradford as a registered nurse. She worked at Bradford Hospital and then did private-duty nursing after that. She also worked for a few years in New Jersey and Texas while living in those states.

Deloris M. Farnsworth, 79, of 9106 Route 6, near Lantz Corners, died Monday afternoon, Jan. 26, 2015 at her residence.
Born May 6, 1935 in Dubois, she was the daughter of Smith and Agatha Yale Harris.Â
Deloris had worked at Brockway Glass and drove school bus in Brockway. Later, she owned and operated the former Brown Derby, drove a garbage truck for Schaeffer's Disposal, did housekeeping for the Lutheran Home, and bartended, cooked and was a member at the former Loyal Order of Moose, all in Kane. She was an avid pool shooter and was champion of the Kane Tavern League several times.
