Julie A. Hunt, 68, of 224 Hacker St., died Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015 at the Lutheran Home at Kane after an extended illness.
Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the Cummings Funeral Home, Inc.
Rev. Sigmund S. Decker, 85, formerly of Warren, died Friday, Jan. 2, 2015 at Carolina's Medical Center of Charlotte, N.C., after doing what was most important to him, visiting family over the holidays.
Rev. Decker was born April 13, 1929 in Warren and was currently residing in Charleston, S.C. with his daughter for the past six years. He is the son of the late Harry A. and Alma A. Watt Decker.
Clayton R. Schreckengost, 67, of 29 Kinzua Ave., Kane, died Sunday morning, Jan. 4, 2015 at his residence. Arrangements,Â in the care of the Ronald McDonald II Funeral Home, Inc.. are incomplete and will be announced.

Betty R. Farnsworth, 91, formerly of 106 Tionesta Ave. since 1946, died Friday evening, Dec. 26, 2014 at the Lutheran Home at Kane where she resided since January of 2011.
Born May 13, 1923 in Heath Township, Jefferson County, she was the daughter of Jacob and Bessie Rhodes.
On Aug. 10, 1946 in Pleasant Hill, Jefferson County, she married Francis âBaloneyâ Farnsworth, who died in July ofÂ 2001.

Lavern Causer, 84, of 152 W. Main St., Mt. Jewett, died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2014 at UPMC Hamot in Erie.
Born May 28, 1930, in Crosby, he was a son of the late Claude and Jennie Cornelius Causer. On July 27, 1953, in Mt. Jewett, he married Katherine Thomas Causer who preceded him in death Nov. 14, 2010.Â
Dorothy C. âDottieâ Bryington, 48, of Walnut Street, St. Marys, died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2014 in Clearfield.
She was born March 9, 1966 in Kane, daughter of Donald Bedford of Kane and Martha âSisâ (Morgan) Bedford of Wilcox.
She was a graduate of Johnsonburg High School. She worked as a cook for local restaurants.
She was a member of the Wilcox Presbyterian Church, Wilcox Sportsmanâs and the American Legion of Wilcox and Johnsonburg.
She lived in Wilcox most of her life until the past few years in Johnsonburg and St. Marys.
William L. "Bill" Reinard, 80, of 112 Fraley St., Kane, died late Thursday evening, Dec. 25, 2014 at his residence.
Born June 9, 1934 in Kane, he was the son of Walter and Leona Reisinger Reinard. On June 11, 1994, he married Joyce L. Larson Bush, who survives.
Bill served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, dischargedÂ at theÂ rank ofÂ corporal. He worked for the former Market Basket in Kane, then co-owned and operated the former Reavley Hotel in Kane along with his mother.
Charles "Huxie" W. Nearing, 77, of Burning Well Road, Wilcox, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born Aug. 5, 1937, in Wilcox, he was a son of the late Linus and Margaret Paulina Nearing.
"Huxie" served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Veterans' Memorial Club in Mt. Jewett and the Wilcox Sportsman's Club.
Prior to retirement, he was employed as the dog catcher for Elk County.
