Martha J. Moore, 89, formerly of Johnsonburg and Kane, died Sunday afternoon, July 6, 2014 at Ridgmont Assisted Living Facility in Ridgway.
Born Oct. 15, 1924 in Fairmont, W. Va., she was the daughter of Joseph and Vergie Cross Young. On Nov. 12, 1942 in Belington, W. Va., she married Dale E. Moore, who died in 1976.
Martha had been a clerk at the former Market Basket, then drove school bus, bothÂ in Johnsonburg.
She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness near Kane.
Gloria A. Swanson, 87, of 2 Reigel Rd., Kane, died Monday, July 7, 2014 at the Kane Community Hospital. Arrangements, in the care of the Ronald McDonald II Funeral Home, are incomplete and will be announced.

Veronica Hoden Bulicz, 90, of Sheffield, died Friday, July 4, 2014 at Warren Manor Nursing Home, Warren.
Born Dec. 1, 1923 in Sheffield, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Koval Hoden.
Richard H. Danielson, 77, of Mt. Jewett, died Wednesday July 2, 2014 at the Lutheran Home in Kane.
Born in Kane Hospital March 5, 1937, he was the son of Harlan Henry and Alice F. Osbeck Danielson.
Kim Frances Willman, 54, died Tuesday, July 1, 2014.
She was born Sept. 10, 1959, in Casablanca, Morocco. Kim earned three degrees, including a masterâ€™s degree from Penn State, Pittsburgh Art Institute and University of NOVA Southeast. She loved gardening and pets and was an avid fan of Penn State athletics, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Although in good health, her early demise was due to the onset of severe Dementia/Alzheimerâ€™s Disease.
Richard â€śDickâ€ť Danielson, 77, formerly of 124 W. Main St., Mt. Jewett, died Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at the Lutheran Home at Kane.
Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the Cummings Funeral Home, Inc. in Mt. Jewett.
Michael J. Bundy Sr., 58, of 117 Ash St., died Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Sena Kean Manor.
Born Dec. 1, 1955, in Kane, he was a son of the late John "Jack" and Joyce Spence Bundy Sr.
Mr. Bundy had worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad and other industries.
Surviving are seven children, Michael, Michelle, Merle, Matthew, Marsha, Mark and Alishia Bundy; a brother, John "Jack" Bundy Jr.; three sisters, Bonnie Orinko, Vicki Hazen and Marsha Morrison; 16 grandchildren; and 12 nieces and nephews.
Howard L. Davidson, 81, of 13003 Route 948 in Highland Township, formerly of Ludlow, died Tuesday morning, July 1, 2014 at the Kane Community Hospital.
Born Nov. 22, 1932 in Ludlow, he was the son of Roy N. and Geneva Montgomery Davidson.Â On Aug. 30, 1953, he married Peggy L. Bradybaugh, who survives.
After serving in the U.S. Army in the Korean War, Howard was a welder and mechanic for National Fuel Gas Co. for many years. He was a member of VFW Post #1132 in Kane, and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Richard W. Carlson, 90, of 9716 Rt 6, Kane, died peacefully on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at the Kane Community Hospital.Â Â Â Â
Born Oct. 20, 1923, he was a son ofÂ Herman andÂ Ester Hanson Carlson. On March 15, 1943,Â he eloped and married the love of his life, Isabelle Bloomquist, who died April 23 ofÂ this year.
Richard was a beloved husband for 71 years and, as much as his family tried to ease his pain, they feel he died from a broken heart. He will be sadly missed by all.
