‘Test drives’ Saturday to benefit Kane High students

September 26, 2012

Students and staff at Kane Area High School will be conducting the Ford “Drive 4 UR School” fund-raiser Saturday. The Ford Motor Company will donate $20 to school groups for every person who goes behind the wheel for a “test drive” of a new Ford vehicle. The free program runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Registration is beneath the canopy in front of the high school.

There might not be an easier way to raise money for student groups at Kane Area High School.
The Ford Motor Company will donate $20 for every person who goes behind the wheel Saturday and “test drives” a new Ford vehicle. In addition, the company will donate a “bonus” of $10 for every “test drive” in a 2013 Ford Escape.
Ford will donate up to $8,000 under the program to benefit the “Hurri-Kane” school yearbook, the Class of 2014 (juniors), the Class of 2015 (sophomores) and the Kane chapter of Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD).
