9 are fined for fight in Mt. Jewett

Nine persons have been fined for allegedly taking part in an early morning fight on Anderson Street in Mt. Jewett earlier this year.
Kane District Court Judge Dave Engman levied the fines. The fines and court costs assessed in the incident total $3,389.
Mt. Jewett Police Officer Steve Hale filed the charges following an investigation into the fight that allegedly woke up neighbors.
According to district court records, the following action has been taken for those charged in the incident:
*A 14-year-old Mt. Jewett male pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was assessed $445 in fines and court costs.
*A 16-year-old Mt. Jewett male pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was assessed $435 in fines and court costs.
*Jeffrey Allan Cabisca, 36, of Mt. Jewett pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was assessed $445 in fines and court costs.
*Jennifer Louise Shugars, 38, of Mt. Jewett pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. She was assessed $445 in fines and court costs.
*Kelsey Cabisca, 18, of Mt. Jewett pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. She was assessed $439 in fines and court costs.
*Vincent Paul Gagliardi, 19, of Mt. Jewett pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was assessed $295 in fines and court costs.
*Chelsea Logue, 21, of Crosby is pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed $295 in fines and court costs.
*Robert M. Luff, 29, of Mt. Jewett was charged with disorderly conduct and requested a hearing in district court. He was found guilty and was assessed $295 in fines and court costs.
