Accelerated Reader

Joshua Stewart, a second-grade student in teacher Pam Karlene's class at the Kane Elementary School, beams as he holds Nancy Carlson's book "Think Big!" He was "thinking big" as he set his goal of reading and testing on 100 Accelerated Reader titles. Josh gains AR 100 Club membership with his stellar efforts. This is no surprise as he claims reading is his favorite "at home activity" especially the series "Diary of a Wimpy Kid." In school, Josh also enjoys math.
