Submitted The Kane Middle School Accelerated Reader contest winners for December are Kennedy Detsch (left; sixth grade), Mike Ackley (center; seventh grade), and Brianna Snyder (right; eighth grade). A total of 49 middle school students qualified for the contest. Students must earn enough AR points to be entered into the prize drawing. Points are earned by reading novels and taking a comprehension test on the novels.
