Andrew M. “Andy” Carpenter

Andrew M. “Andy” Carpenter, 56, of Langmaid Lane, formerly of 10 Forman St., Bradford, died Wednesday, April 27, 2011, following a brief illness, surrounded by his caregivers.
Born Aug. 6, 1954, in Kane, he was the only child of the late Norman A. and Irma J. Bloomquist Carpenter.
Andy enjoyed life and always loved a parade. He attended the Day Programs at Futures Rehabilitation Center in Bradford.
He is survived by longtime friends with whom he resided, Robert Clawson and Jerry Youngberg, as well as the many friends he made over the years.
Friends are asked to come and celebrate Andy’s life on Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at 2 p.m., at Bradford Manor, 50 Langmaid Ln., with the Rev. Max Miller, pastor of the Bradford Area Parish, officiating.
Memorials, if desired, can be made to Evergreen Elm, Inc., 71 Main Street, Suite 303, Bradford, PA 16701, Bradford Manor, 50 Langmaid Lane, Bradford or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
