Amy Geer Members of the Pennsylvania National Guard were among those attending Saturday's Staff Sgt. Kenneth Van Giesen Memorial Fallen Soldier Tribute Foundation's inaugural Annual Summer Fest on Saturday. The event, held at the Allegheny Mountain Raceway, was enjoyed by hundreds of patrons showing their respect for the fallen Kane soldier and his family and friends.Â
