Photo by Ted Lutz – These electronic voting machines at the Kane Fire Hall will be set up for voters to use today-- Election Day. All polls are open until 8 p.m. tonight. Voters living in the First Ward and Third Ward in Kane vote at the fire hall. Voters in the borough’s Second and Fourth Wards vote in the lowest level at St. Callistus Catholic Church at Haines and Chase streets.

The Presidential race between incumbent Democrat Barack Obama and Republican Mitt Romney highlights this Election Day in the Kane area.
