Beverly Mae Kirby Reigel, 70, of Elgin, died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013. Born in Erie, she was the daughter of Myles Kirby and Mildred Ishman.
She was formerly employed with Rice Creek Elementary School and was of Baptist faith.
Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Daniel Alvin Reigel Sr.; her children, Daniel A. Reigel Jr. (Sally), Sherry Branham, David Reigel (Iva), Susan Sims (Vince), Shelly Bagwell (Tony), Sandi Brassell (Marty), Sunny Boucher (John) and Donald Reigel (Melissa); 21 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters; and one brother.
Funeral services celebrating the life of Beverly Mae Kirby Reigel will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel. Burial will follow at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens. Reverend Virgil Bagwell will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel.
