Erie Times-News photo A somber ceremony was held Wednesday at the Dover Air Force Base in Delaware when the body of Staff Sgt. Kenneth VanGiesen, a Kane native, was carried from a U.S. Air Force plane. Members of family of Tom and Sue VanGiesen of Kane attended the ceremony.
