Ann Chapman, LPN, retired June 16, 2011, after 27 years of service. She will be missed by the residents and staff at The Lutheran Home of Kane. Upon retirement she will be enjoying traveling in her motor home, spending time with her grandchildren, boating and living the "slow down life."
“I have always enjoyed my work, the residents, families and co-workers. I’ve really enjoyed working here," Ann said.
From Linda Carlson, CEO/Administrator, "During the past 27 yrs working with Ann, I have been honored to know such a person who has such dedication to her career, love and compassion for the residents and high ethical standards. She will be missed.”
From Nancy Blankenship, DON, “I have known Ann as a nurse for many years. I worked previously with Ann. She has always been an exemplary nurse with great skills and a very caring heart.”
