'Concerned Citizens' continue to criticize Kane leaders

A group known as the "Concerned Citizens of Kane" formed about a year ago after the borough council proposed a hefty property tax hike.
The tax increase was reduced, but dedicated members of the "citizens" group each month show up at council meetings to question spending and borough operations.
