Emily Pearl Traub

Emily Pearl Traub, 88, formerly of Pleasant Drive, Warren, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011 at the Warren Manor. 
Emily was born Dec. 19, 1922, in Kane, the daughter of the late Samuel and Margurite Nolan Latshaw. Emily was a graduate of Kane High School. She was then employed by the New Process for many years, then worked in the records department of Warren General Hospital and was an administrative assistant for Dr. Fino's office from which she retired. She was member of the First United Methodist Church, and was quite active in church functions. She and her late husband were also active with the hiking club and the cross country skiing club. Emily was also involved in the antique club. 
She is survived by two brothers, Bruce Latshaw and his wife Sandy, Kane, and Vernon Latshaw, Erie; a sister, Shirley Moore, Kane; and several nieces and nephews. 
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death on Dec. 11, 2010, by her husband, Harold J. Traub; two sisters, Elizabeth Wolff and Phyllis Hess; and a brother, James Latshaw. 
Friends will be received at the Peterson - Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penn Ave., E., Warren, on Sunday, Aug. 28, 2011 from 6-8 p.m. and at the First United Methodist Church, 200 Market Street, Warren, for one hour prior to a funeral service to be held there at 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 29, with Rev. Dr. Jeffrey Sterling, pastor, officiating. 
Burial will be in the Warren County Memorial Park. 
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Warren Cancer Center, 2 Crescent Park E, Warren, PA 16365.
