Fire chief wants evacuation plan for James City

JAMES CITY – With just one paved road leading to James City, there is a chance the community could be sealed off in the event of a major accident at the lone entrance.
Because of this possibility, Highland Township Fire Chief Bill Edinger believes the township supervisors should develop an “evacuation plan” for James City.
