Ted Lutz Major General Wesley Craig, who as adjutant general is the leader of the entire Pennsylvania National Guard, presents a folded American flag to Tom VanGiesen, who is father of Staff Sgt. Kenneth VanGiesen. The presentation took place at a private burial ceremony Thursday for the National Guard soldier killed July 18 in Afghanistan.
