Ted Lutz Participants in the Pet Parade held Friday evening in Kane march down Haines Street. Most of the 40 entries in the parade were dogs. The Rev. Chad Troup, pastor of the First Church of God, and the Rev. David Pflieger, chaplain at the Lutheran Home at Kane, served as judges for the parade.
