Highland Township Water and Sewer Authority will try to stop injection well

December 5, 2012

Photo by Amy Geer – Members of the Highland Township Water and Sewer Authority, along with concerned citizens from Highland Township and elsewhere in Elk County, discuss Seneca Resources' proposed injection well.
