Ted Lutz Craig Perry (center), a 2011 graduate of Kane Area High School, is the recipient of the Ian "Skip" McCloskey Memorial Scholarship Award. Presenting the award at commencement earlier this month are Gene Staiger (left), who is McCloskey's stepfather, and Nadine Staiger (right), mother of McCloskey-- a 2000 Kane High graduate who was killed in a DUI-related accident.
