Kane Garden Club

August 9, 2012

The Kane Garden Club's August "Garden of the Month" is located at 319 Birch St., a lovely residence owned by Tom and Sandy Kase. Tom is a forester and has chosen several trees for his garden, such as Mayapple and Hobblebush. The metal art, including a huge fish, and sunflowers in the back ground, was handcrafted by Sandy's son, Jody Aiello. One of the secrets of their beautiful garden is the dozens of flowers that bloom throughout the season, from snowdrops in March to New England asters in the fall. Many of the flowers were shared from family and friends. They include tulips, daises, lilies, coral bells, violets, and many others. The Kase family welcomes visitors and love to have people walk around their front yard and backyard to enjoy their beautiful flowers, trees and metal art. The Kane Garden Club urges you to stop by.
