Kane Middle School students presented a check to Pete Seeley, SPCA shelter employee. The KMS Student Council recently sponsored "Stall Day" at the school. Students brought in their loose change donations, and classes were stalled until all the money was counted and wrapped. $1,300 was collected and donated to the McKean County SPCA to help with the care of homeless animals sheltered there. Kane Middle School students visit the SPCA regularly with their advisor Deb Wensel to walk dogs and pet and socialize cats. Pictured left to right are Pete Seeley and Kane students Diana Selan, Harley Jefferds and Jesse Renner as they present their donation to the shelter.
