Kane woman is fined

A Kane woman has been fined in Kane District Court after pleading guilty to a violation of a borough code on disorderly conduct.
Darlene Bizzak, 57, of 430 Park Ave. has been assessed $94 in fines and court costs in her recent appearance before District Judge Dave Engman.
She is accused of creating “a hazardous or physically offensive condition” by engaging in a loud verbal altercation in the Kane Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), according to court documents.
Court records identify the victim as John Raspatello, 58, of 68 Fraley St., Kane.
