Keith William Newton

Keith William Newton, II, 66, of Midland, previously of Titusville and Kane, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. 
He was born on July 1, 1945 in Titusville to the late Dorothy (Bauer) Reynolds. He graduated from Titusville High School in 1963.
He is survived by five children, Fran Newton Dougherty and husband, Jeffrey of Titusville, Pamela Newton Haux and fiance Jeffrey Oswalt of Titusville, Keith Newton III and wife Sandra of Ludlow, Linda Newton Detsch and husband Allen of Kane, and Karen Newton Brumbaugh and husband Ronald of Venango; grandchildren include Brian and Eric Snyder, Mark Dougherty and Lacey Dougherty Gill, Ian, Sean and Katharina Haux, Angela, Maria and Joseph Newton, Jacqueline and Michael Detsch, and Nicholas and Lawrence Brumbaugh; and one great-grandchild, Ella Snyder. He is also survived by his special friend, Penelope Jones, of Midland.
Over the years he was employed as a truck driver and mechanic at various businesses in Titusville, Kane, and Midland areas. After retiring, he enjoyed gardening and working on cars.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Bauer Reynolds in 2005 and his stepfather, William J Reynolds in 1998.
At his request, there will be no calling hours or funeral service. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
