The Kane Lady Wolves’ volleyball team made short work of the visiting Brookville Raiders on Tuesday night in the Wolves’ Den. Kane head coach Judy Kessler’s team won in straight sets, 25-10, 25-18 and 25-9 to make an early night of it.
The Lady Wolves jumped out to a 9-3 lead behind kills from seniors Kaila Jamerson and Audrey Perry and aces from Nikki Sicher and Shannon Kocjancic. The home team’s hitters began to turn it up a notch with kills by Morgan Nicholson and Sicher, along with two back row kills from Perry to close out the game.
