Ted Lutz Emily Bernhard, 10-year-old daughter of Laurie Carlson and Randy Bernhard of Kane, shows off a 9-inch section of her hair that she is donating the the "Locks of Love" program. Emily just completed fourth grade at the Kane Elementary School. The Headquarters Salon of Kane cut her hair for "Locks of Love," a non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children who suffer from long-term hair loss due to a medical condition.
