Marian E. Hultman

Marian E. Hultman, 90, a resident of Elk Haven Nursing Home for the past two years, and formerly of Kane, died Monday, Aug. 15, 2011 at Elk Regional Health Center.
Born Nov. 16, 1920, in Coudersport, she was a daughter of Henry Leon and Mina Dexter Lunn. On April 29, 1938, in Kane, she married Bernard Hultman who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Hultman owned and operated the former Arcade Restaurant in Kane with her husband, Bernie. She was a past member of the Eastern Star and the Order of the Amaranth.
She attended Bradford High School and was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Kane.
Surviving are a son, Bruce Hultman of Ebensburg; a daughter, Sandra Morris of Kane; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death, in addition to her husband and parents, by six brothers and sisters.
Visitation and funeral services, conducted by the Rev. David Pflieger, will be private. Burial will be at Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Friends’ Memorial Public Library, 230 Chase St., Kane, PA 16735 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
